As per the disaster recovery plan, we have a backup management system with Microsoft, the data will be backed on a daily basis in three different locations worldwide.
- On call and email support is provided from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday,
- SLA for first response/acknowledgement is within 4 hours,
